Happy 80th Grampie

Evan and Josh and Erin and Kyle came for Grampie's 80th surprise birthday party.  First a little swimming at the hotel.
Waiting for the birthday boy to arrive.

There he is.  Giving a short speech.  And look who got into the act.

Grampie and the kids...

The next day we went to see the Phillies with friends from Sophie's school

Sophie and Eva.

It was cold though

After the game, the kids got to go out on the field and run the bases.

There goes Sophie

And there goes Noah

Too bad the Phillies aren't better this year.  But it was a fun day.

More Spring fun

I wouldn't mess with this slugger!
Noah took a day off school and came into work with me one day.  Having lunch in the office.  Sandwich, chips, yogurt, apples.  He's a growing boy!

Hanging out at Penn with Andrew Difilippo

Sophie is doing great at Karate.  Easily earned her advanced Camo belt.

Noah decided he wanted to green hair so used hair chalk.  Went to school like this actually!

For mom?

You can tell Rita's Water Ice is now open for business!

We went to Avon for Mother's celebration  As a treat, the girls had pedicures.  Sophie is certainly the Queen of the shop!

Cousin Ben!
And Sam

And everyone.

Hello pretty

Mother's Day dinner at Hibachi.

Go go go go Noah

Then to complete the night, back to Rita's (check out the shoes!).    Sophie is a Rita's pro.

But look what happens when  you eat too much Water Ice.

Noah had a special Karate class for Weapons Training!

It's been a busy spring, but this is only the start!

Spring fun 2016

When we got back from vacation, we found the Easter Bunny had left a couple baskets for the kids since we weren't home when he came.

Noah has the best T shirts.

Hey, that's my bed you're sitting on.

Noah's 4th grade Sunday School class helped run services at our temple one night.

We have been busy.  Having so much fun, but some of us are wiped out at the end of the day!

One Sunday afternoon we went to a Karaoke bar in China Town with friends.  Sophie is here with Scarlett trying to pick out a good song to sing.

And FINALLY!  The first Dairy Queen of the year!  They opened in early April.  Note it is sunny but we still have winter coats.

Sophie was playing T ball this year.  This is her team, the Lugnuts on opening day after the parade.  She is 3rd from the left with her shirt tied us since it was too big.

Helping dad on sunday morning.

We went for Passover in Danbury.    Ben was braiding Sophie's hair.

All the kids playing with Jordan.

Some time at the driving range.  not bad form!

Lunch at the Diner.

Ready the 4 Questions.  This is the dress Sophie bought in Barcelona.

We had a great Passover.  Looking forward to the next Holiday!!
