September has been busy

September has been busy.  Rosh Hashanah was early this year.  We all got dressed up to go to services.

And we had The Miller's over for Rosh Hashanah dinner one night.  Kathy made a great dinner for everyone!

Then Kathy had her girl friends Mary Beth and Tammie over for a sleep over.  Sophie was thrilled and loved being "one of the girls"

"I had fun!"

Every Labor Day, the Carnival comes to town at the Broomall Fire Department.  Look at "dead eye" here shooting the targets!

And how about our muscle girl?!
Fishing for a prize....

He's still a crazy driver!

Sophie used the darts to pop a bunch of balloons and won another prize!
On our way to Yom Kippur services....

Fall is starting off with a bang!  More fun to come......

Happy 7th Birthday Noah

We only had a few pictures from Noah's Birthday party at Arnold's.  Check out this cool cake!

Happy 7th BDay Noah!

Arnold's is an indoor arcade/amusement park.  There was a merry-go-round for the littler kids.

And GoCarts for kids of all sizes.  Check out Noah zooming around the track.

Even Sophie rode a GoCart.

But she was a crazy driver, and crashed a few times and needed some help

There was laser tag, bumper cars and video games.  Also big bouncers.   Enough to tire out even the wildest 7 year olds!

Happy birthday to you....what a fun party

First Days of School

Noah is waiting for the bus on day 1, second grade.  We can't believe he is in second grade!!

And here comes Lloyd with the bus.  Bye Noah!  Have a great time!
And the next week, Sophie is ready to start her first day of school as well.  She's excited!

Have a great day Soph!
We'll see you when you get home.......

Pictures that speak for themselves

We had Sophie and Noah's pictures taken again by Carrie (Lulubelle Photography).  We should be getting some actual photos soon, but here is just a preview. We think they are pretty adorable kids....

A day in Lititz

Lititz, for those who don't know, is a small pretty little town near Lancaster.  We took Noah and Sophie a couple of weekends ago to have their picture taken.  Here are a couple photos of these good looking kids that we took.  There will be a few more of these more professionally taken coming soon.

We went to the Wilbur Chocolate Store in Lititz, and Noah and Sophie got to make their own treat.  They  had to get dressed up for chocolate making, but got an oreo on a stick and turned it into a chocolate dipped oreo with all sorts of toppings on it.  Check out these little chocolate makers!

And now the best part.  Eating it!!

We had a fun day in Lititz.  And bought lots of chocolate to bring home!
